Mongki's Pension House

The property was surprisingly beautiful.

The location was a bit far but all the public drivers knew where it was so there was no problem at all.

Very quiet and modern AC units that cooled the room really well. Bed was very comfortable as well

The location is a bit out of the way so keep in mind, can be difficult arranging for transportation (grab) depending on where you want to go. Strolling out to get a tricycle can be inconvenient during the rainy season as the road out front gets very muddy and puddly. Staff was very nice, and they have a car that is available to book sometimes if grab/trikes are unavailable. However, we were charged 300 pesos for a trip to the SM City; this was okay in itself, expect for the part where we ended up sharing this ride with who appeared to be the owner of the place. This felt a little unprofessional. While the room and AC itself is comfortable, be ready for a cramped bathroom and minimal furniture

Too far from other establishments. The walk from the highway is scary especially at night. Road is also not paved. I can imagine how the road would look like in the rainy season.
