Tourist Tax

In the municipality of Lecco, the tourist tax for vacation rentals is €1.00 per person per night for stays of up to 5 days; children under 14 are exempt. Guests must pay this tax upon arrival.

The rented property must be returned clean and tidy, using the cleaning supplies provided (broom, dustpan, bucket, and mop). The guest is responsible for tidying up the property daily and ensuring it remains in good condition.
