Was very nice accommodation super views . Could do with some of the windows being cleaned. Every thing we needed was there . Would recommend it .

Lovely stay in this well positioned apartment. Underground garage definately a bonus. The apartment was well equipped but would have liked a hairdryer. Very clean, would recommend

Well what an absolute corker of a place! The Retreat has been nothing but a pleasure to stay at, and the views of The Abbey from the sofa and the bathroom are…to die for.Such a secure place to park your car and then you get into to the accommodation - amazing!!!It has every thing you could wish in such a wonderful location: trains, Co-Op…We will definitely book again (I’ve stayed in many Whitby locations) as this is up there with the very best.L.J.D. P.S. I left my book, any chance of getting it back???

Amazing apartment and location, sadly no hair dryer and would prefer shower in bathroom at least over bath.Views are stunning and the sofa is just excellent Even in winter loads to do and so close to town with parking Great value
