Rooms, game room, pool and media rooms were great. We loved pretty much everything about the house. Our main criticism was that the household amenities were sparse or non existent. Only one toilet paper per room,no tissues, sparse cooking supplies, limited towels,no spices,no pool toys or toys, very uncomfortable couch in downstairs living room, took a long time for hot water. While these were minor issues it would only take a few small changes to make the house perfect.

Great family home. Everything was spotless. We chose a home managed by Reunion Resort. The Reunion Resort team provided excellant customer service and support. This was our second year staying in a home managed by Reunion Resort We will definitely be returning to Reunion Resort again.

The house and amenities were amazing. Waiting on the Bear's Den gate for 10+ mins each time was no fun. There should be some type of pass or clicker after the initial check in. Everything else was perfect.

Our extended family of 15 had an amazing time in this resort style home! The actual home exceeded our expectations The pool area was so much fun but adding heat for the pool was expensive but necessary for the young children. The arcade was a highlight with nightly family competitions followed by quiet time in the movie theatre. We introduced the family to pickleball and the Reunion Waterpark was fantastic for all ages. Our only suggestion is that the kitchen could be much better equipped (casserole dishes, bigger frying pans, citrus juicer, roasting pans…) but we managed. And finally a recycling program is badly needed!!!! We would recommend this property and would definitely return.
