Clean rooms, great communications. Some maintenance was required, e.g. several cafe lights were burnt out, grill igniter didn’t work, basement toilet was cracke.Pricing was advertised as including all fees but check out added a few hundred onto the price.

Fantastic stay! House is in a great location and a very comfortable place, equipped with all the amenities. Would highly recommend.

The owners were very helpful and responsive and the updated home had plenty of space for our family! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed during our stay! We loved the lights on the back porch! Grateful for a memorable vacation in Kentucky!

My friends and I (group of 6 adults) stayed at Rob and Debbie’s place for derby weekend and it was wonderful! The house was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and there was plenty of parking for 3 cars (garage and 2 in the driveway). The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group between the dinner table we could all fit around to the awesome porch/backyard available for us to enjoy the nice weather. There even was a grill and fire table to use as well! Rob was available the whole stay to answer all questions we had and he went out of his way to make sure we had all the things needed for a comfortable stay! Would 100% recommend staying with Rob and Debbie and we will certainly be booking again on our next trip to Louisville!!!
