On the surface it was clean but could use a deep cleaning. Beach towels would have been nice or access to a towel service. The staff was nice but couldn't answer any of our questions. Their response was always "you need to contact the host". The host was prompt in replying for the most part but I'm guessing they don't work on Sundays. Place is small and the bathroom is really small. However, we enjoyed our short stay. Location was excellent for us. Close to a bus stop. It worked for my wife and I.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we encountered renovations going on in the apartment next door that were extremely loud. We rang the realtor, who had us in a new apartment within the hour. The new apartment was nice and clean fantastic views of both the ocean and the golf course. The only negative was the air-conditioner was extremely noisey. I would suggest that this gets looked at before next guests. It had a really good size balcony, and great swimming pool area which was considerably larger than we anticipated a nice surprise😀

Incredible view from the lanai and the pool was lovely. The kitchen is on the small side which was ok since I dined out during my visit.

The building itself is outdated. Our condo 3711 is clean enough but one of the bed sheets had a dirty spot. The location and cost was good.
