Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great. We loved the room on 5th floor and on the corner. Our friend is on Oxygen 24/7 so the balcony gave her a couple of views to see PCB. The room was nice and well stocked. We liked the washer, dryer , and ice maker! It is still difficult for us older ones with renting condos versus a motel . There is no one to talk to when it comes to checking in or calling front desk if the lock won’t open your door. There is no one to ask about things. The pool area was very nice and it made it easy for the day because you could get your lunch and plenty to drink. We will definitely be using the SUMMIT again and telling our friends and family about it!! Thank you for a great stay.

The A/C could not be set lower than 69 and being an end unit the sun kept the unit very uncomfortable. There were no ceiling fans to help assist with the temperature. There was an ironing board, no iron, bathroom didn't have a trash can, and no hangers in the closets.
