The beach front view was great! The place does need some work but it met our needs. Definitely needs a bigger TV in the living area and a hair dryer.

I appreciated the privacy door separating the hallway bunks from the livingroom, when it came time for bed. This allowed for privacy on the couch sofa. I also appreciate the bathroom configuration, allowing for two commodes with separate door, and maintaining a full en suite for the bedroom. This unit needs ceiling fans, though. The patio would also have been much more comfortable if there was outdoor furniture. We had to sit in our folding chairs to enjoy the view. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils, including pots and pans. That is not something we usually get. The elevators have improved since the last time I stayed at the Summit. Overall it was a great experience and we would rent this property again, for the right price.

Very nice and clean

Very clean and a great location! A little outdated but had everything we needed!
