This house was just right for our family of 5 and it was budget friendly. It was clean, check-in/out was easy, close to many Ft. Morgan stores/restaurants/food trucks, and the host/property manager were very attentive throughout our stay. My one recommendation would be for you to rent a golf cart to make it easier to get back and forth to the public beach access point, which has designated golf cart parking spots. We always have a lot of stuff to to take to the beach and I had knee replacement surgery about 3 months ago, so it was a life-saver.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. The cottage was decorated so cute and it was extremely clean! The kitchen had all the necessary cookware, towels were provided for showers. (Water pressure was fantastic!) We rented a golf cart to take our things to the beach which worked out great! I am especially thankful to the owners who allow pets! Our furry family members got to experience the beach for the first time. The backyard is a generous size for the dogs to run around and play and the doggy door was an awesome bonus! We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and everyone is friendly! The owner (Greg) came the day after we arrived to introduce himself and make sure we had all we needed and to let us know to contact him in case we needed anything else. I would definitely rebook this cottage again. Throughly enjoyed it!!

We had a good visit for our beach trip. The house was good for 5 adults and 2 small/small medium dogs. We enjoyed the beach, but the walk to the beach access got to be a lot over the four days. We enjoyed the doggie door and the fenced back yard. The back yard was a great size and had tons of shade on these hot summer days. The host and property managers were great. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great area to visit. This house needs some updating. Mostly on the exterior. safety concerns with the stairs and walkway. Pictures don't tell the whole story.
