A perfect spot for our family to come together! Comfortable house, everything we needed to cook in the kitchen (plus super fresh eggs!), easy communication with the host, Amy. Best part was chatting and getting a little behind the scenes tour of the animals with Nic - and then being able to feed the goats and cows! We all had a great time and would highly recommend! Thanks again for the delicious birthday cake and bubbly to help us celebrate!

Excellent communication. House was perfectly clean with welcoming snacks. Lovely spaces inside and out to settle in. We had a small pre wedding gathering which the house was well suited for. Many outdoor games to sample.

We had a family wedding in New Hope - and this house and location were perfect. The house was beautifully clean and as advertised. Communication with the host was easy and immediate. With the extras (like fresh flowers throughout the house and fresh baked goods) - we’re thinking of our next occasion when we could rent this house again (and maybe even include the barn)! PS. The fresh eggs were delicious and the farm animals were sweet.

The property is absolutely lovely. Through my own mistake, I accidentally booked for one night when I intended to book for two nights. This created an awkward interaction with the host and a rushed check out when we weren’t ready to check out. Again, this was my own mistake when I did the booking online. However, my issue with the property on the listing is that there is a hidden host fee. For just one night’s stay, we were charged a double rate of the equivalent of 2 nights due to the extra host fee, which is on top of taxes, cleaning fee and the VRBO fee. This seems exorbitant to me. Maybe would be understandable for a big event that required host assistance or longer stay but not under our circumstances.
