Welcome to our home where every time we drive up we feel peace and serenity. Buying this home has created precious family moments for our multi generational family, we would never have known otherwise.

Enjoy our breathtaking view of the sparkling lake from every window and the two outside decks. The main home has a luxurious master king suite and immense walk in, multi jet shower. The stylish living room is comfortably furnished to set the tone for family connecting. And on to the fully equipped luxurious gourmet kitchen with green granite counters.
The library can morph into a bedroom for two with a twin over twin day bed and trundle that can be raised to make a king size sleeping area.
Wander into the game room to discover games galore including a ping pong table, foosball, and another flat screen television with comfortable seating. Guests are welcome to set up the two provided twin size air mattresses to utilize this space as additional sleeping arrangements as well.
Experience the magic space up stairs with the panoramic lake view by traveling up an uncovered stairwell. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue, round bar dining counter for six, open to the adjoining outdoor dining table for eight, a lounge deck, and a fire pit. Doors lead to the Lake View & Garden View guest bedrooms and Jack & Jill bathroom. *Please note these two mentioned bedrooms can only be accessed from the exterior of the home. What sold us on this beautiful property was how we could just jump off our neighboring dock into a warm swimmable lake. On other days you can take a short 20 minute ride to Yosemite to explore. A favorite family activity, once in the park, is to rent a bike and ride it to lunch at the Ahwahnee Lodge.
The region is filled with activities all year round from wine tasting, arts & craft fairs, boating, skiing and the fishing derby, to name just a few.
For local dining, we recommend heading over to The Pines where they offer a few options: Ducey's on the Lake, Ducey's Bar & Grill and The Pines Bar. The Marina Bar & Grill is also a great lakeside option. If you're in the mood for Mexican food, check out Casa Velasco located just outside of The Pines Village.

Other important details to note:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. This property is directly across from beautiful Bass Lake, and guests will have access to a boat slip when the refundable deposit is paid.
(Please request access to the boat slip at least 24 hours prior to arrival.)
No garage parking. Outdoor parking on the spacious two way driveway. There is an exterior charging station near the garage for those traveling with electric or hybrid vehicles.

Fantastic house! It's offered by an agency and I don't think they are doing justice for this place, I literally think they don't really know many details. First and foremost, huge area for parking, flat, half moon driveway, can fit more than 4 cars if needed. Dock - super close, 3 minute walk and NO, it's NOT up the hill. Beach towels - available at the property, don't need to bring your own.This house has a lot of silverware, dishes, etc. Seems that owners stay there as well at times. For straight up rentals, so many pots, pans, etc are usually not included.Very fast communication, although at times, instead of an actual answer, you'll get a standard msg from the property rental company.Overall, superb accommodations!!! Loved everything about the house, including the stairs to the 2nd level from the outside, worked fabulously for our group. Would absolutely, without a doubt stay here again!

Beautiful home. The two spare bedrooms are accessed only from the exterior deck and the stairs are a bit steep. The only contact with the host was via VRBO email and was largely auto generated email. This is a beautiful property! Highly recommend it and I am from the area

Overall, we had a good experience. The property was clean. The view was very nice on the top level. Landscaping was well done and maintained. It was interesting that we had to go outside to access the other two bedrooms upstairs. We were missing a garbage can in the second bathroom downstairs and the smart TVs did not work, even though we reset it as we were instructed to do so. The really big issue we had with our stay was that the cleaning crew overlooked the recycle bin being emptied out prior to our arrival. It looked like someone had put their garbage in the recycle bin by mistake, causing a bear to hang around and going through it for 24 hours before it was removed. I will note, the host was professional and communicated with us throughout our stay.
