The place is perfectly situated - right across from the pool, on the first floor, very near to the Publix. Kitchen has everything you need, the rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the couch is clean. There are two seats on the porch with a table/stand that you can place drinks on (no full table to eat outside - the space is small). The communication is incredible and SO FAST. Rosaly responds in minutes every time. One thing to note is that if you plan on using the pool, you should request pool towels be in your unit before your arrival. They have to be dropped off by Booming Vacations. There are plenty of bath towels in the unit, so you won't run out of those!

Great place, amenities, location

This was our second year in this property. The property was great!! Very convenient to all areas of fun in Orlando. Very clean and well kept. Can’t wait to come back next year.

This is a great unit with comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out over the course of a week. Its clean and the online description in spot on. Location is great. Close to new resort pool. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Easy access to all Orlando attractions.
