The Relais Podere le Gaggìe is the result of a meticulous restoration that preserved the original details of a historic farmhouse dating from the first half of the 19th century. Here, you can experience the unique charm of a carefully preserved atmosphere and era, combined with the most refined and sophisticated comforts.
The relais consists of two independent accommodations, “La Terrazza” and “Il Fienile,” each spread over two floors and featuring a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining area, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.
The only shared feature between the two units is the staircase leading to the upper floor; each apartment occupies an entire wing of the farmhouse with separate entrances (and keys) on both the lower and upper floors and opens onto a spacious courtyard landscaped as a garden, with parking available. They also enjoy plenty of natural light (south and west-facing) and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
The “Il Fienile” apartment has been recently restored and completes the Relais property, now perfect for hosting two families or groups in separate accommodations.
The apartment is laid out as follows: a living area on the first floor with a pleasant view of the garden, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Going up the stairs, you enter the spacious sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two or three beds) and a second bathroom. The entire upper floor features hardwood floors and is characterized by spacious rooms; the exposed brick walls of the barn create a relaxing and romantic atmosphere.
Relais Podere Le Gaggìe is located in the heart of a region renowned for the beauty of its landscape, such as the vineyards of the Alto Monferrato and the Langhe (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Vera friendly host, with family. Quiet surroundings. Beautiful landscape with lot of wine tasting. Close to Nice towns like Alba, Acqui terme, and ofcourse Torino.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The view from the terrace at night was spectacular, and the views of the vineyards and surround countryside during the day were just as wonderful.
Our host Guido was very accommodating and had some great suggestions for nearby areas to explore.
This is a lovely location for visiting the Asti vineyards and even further north to Turino.
We were lucky to be there just as the grapes were reaching the harvest point and it was simply wonderful to see all the types of grapes and vines in the region.

Me and my family (4 persons) had a really nice and pleasant stay at this nicely restored old farmehouse (Cascina). We stayed in apartment Il Fienile. Which has airconditioning in the bedrooms. And because it was about 33 Degrees, this was very welcome, because otherwise the temperature inside the house stays really high.
Everything you need is available in the apartment. Sharing the stairs with the other apartment was for us no problem.
The pool is situated really nice, the view there is breathtaking. Only the path to the pool is a little unhandy. The owner Guido was a good host. Everything is well tken care of.
