It is not in the tourist area. You would need to rent a car, but you will see more of the island this way. The owners stay on site and are very nice, small apartment style was nice for me and my girlfriend.

Every thing was perfect nothing negatif to say. The communication, the cleaness and the area was perfect.

We recently stayed at the Pink Villas and overall had a very positive experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The space was perfect for a couple, with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area that made it easy after a long day out. The apartment is about 20 min from downtown Provo and I definitely recommend renting car.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was not fancy, but very clean and functional, and relative to the overall cost of goods and services in T&C, a good bargain. Very comfortable bed. Very secure with keyed entrance gate. Manager quickly addressed a couple of issues we identified (like replacing a broken beach umbrella they provided for us). Agree with previous reviews, you absolutely have to have a car, since you're not within walking distance of much of anything. But that also means peace and quiet. Really no reason whatsoever not to give it two "Thumbs Up!" from us.
