This was a very last-minute booking for us after our original property canceled just two days before our trip, so we were scrambling to find another place quickly. Thankfully, the host was absolutely wonderful extremely responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout our stay.The home itself was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and honestly one of the best-equipped rentals we’ve stayed in. The kitchen, beach supplies, and overall amenities were impressive. The pool was perfectly warm without needing extra heat, and the hot tub was hot and ready to use, which we really appreciated.We did have an issue with the grill and a strong propane smell when we first arrived, but the host addressed it and had it fixed within a few days. While the inside of the home was great, the exterior could definitely use some pressure washing. One important thing to know is the beach access. It is not walkable in our opinion, especially if you have children or are carrying beach gear. It’s about a 30 minute walk minimum. Driving to the beach took around 10 minutes, but parking can be difficult, and they do tow, so pay close attention to parking rules. We ended up using Uber at times, which averaged about 20 each way.Overall, despite the stressful circumstances that brought us here, we had a great stay and appreciated how well-stocked and comfortable the home was.

Our group had a blast! We had 8 adults and 10 kids under 6. We had plenty of space for the four families, the pool was great, and there was so much to do within a short walk or drive. Katie and Adam were very responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip and during our stay. We would definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Very pleased with our recent stay. The communication with the owners was top notch. The layout of the house was perfect. The inclusion of beach chairs and coolers was awesome! Such a huge perk when going to the beach. Would definitely come back!

The whole house was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. 3 or 4 different ways to make coffee.The pool was warm, I put 1 of the chairs over by the stairs to use as a railing to get in and out of the pool. The pool required a little maintenance, with the tree seeds and leaves needing to be skimmed out daily. But that is what happens when you have the beautiful trees around it. The hot tub was easy to heat up, when you looked at the instructions. The furniture inside was comfortable, but a little low for older adults. bathrooms were very functional. Game room was a nice area to hang out in. Easy to find. We had 12 people and could all eat together and hang out together or seperately as there were a lot of hang out spaces to spread out.
