Wayne was responsive to my requests. The apartment is in the lower level of the house but basically a quiet stay. Perfect for a reasonably priced stay that’s just 15 minutes or so from Centennial Park. We were in Atlanta for the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum and Porsche Experience. All within the 15-20 minute drive. Good restaurants are Six Feet Under and Mary Macs Tea Room.

The room was phenomenal and just what we needed for our trip. The privacy and convenience were perfect and Wayne was the perfect host.

The room is super cute and private. Although there were some structural issues I was worried about. There's no dining table unless you consider tv trays as the dining table. I'm completely deaf so I can't say anything about noise. Parking is a bit tricky trying to squeeze in and out when there are 3 other cars. Neighborhood is beautiful, older, and super quiet.
