Sleek, sophisticated, and stylish are what come to mind when we think of Nissi Kube 1. Designed to impress, its straight-cut architecture and whitewashed exteriors gleam in the sunshine. As you walk through the front door, everything about the villa will take your breath away. There’s an easy flow to the layout, with large open-spaces, contemporary furnishings and bright openings to the terrace. The main living area has doors that slide away, creating a seamless barrier between the indoor and outdoor spaces. With more than enough room for ten guests, the ground floor is perfectly set up for spending time together in a big group. For some added luxe, there’s even a games room with a table tennis and indoor football table. The bedrooms are sleek and stylish, with five bedrooms spread across the three stories.
The tranquillity of this villa is best enjoyed from the outdoor terrace. The large pool is perfect for a refreshing swim, bordered by a row of sun loungers for topping up the tan. If you’re after some evening bliss, tuck into dinner in the alfresco dining area with a barbecue set up for grilling up a feast. The shade-seekers will find solace under the veranda, where comfy sofas are perfect for unwinding with a good book.
If you can tear yourself away, the popular resort of Ayia Napa is at your fingertips. The restaurants and bars ringing Nissi Avenue are just a few minutes’ walk away. To get your beach fix, head to the fine white sands and gently shelving waters of Vathia Gonia Beach, which is just down the road.
