The property is equipped with sensors for smoke, carbon monoxide, water leaks, and door and window openings. The amenities also include a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, an electronic safe, a lock with a numeric access code, and certified high-security lock cylinders.

Other things to keep in mind
At check-in, you’ll receive the key to the building and be given the access code for the dimora.uno experience.
You’ll need to provide guests’ identification documents (as required by current regulations) and sign the lease agreement. The tourist tax is included in the rental fee.
Cleaning:
For stays longer than 7 nights, in addition to a 21% discount on accommodation costs, cleaning fees and setup costs for the next guests are also covered.
