You are close to everything, 3/5 minutes walk to David, Tram Station and Duomo. Food places galore around with shopping. Great breakfast, coffee, very large room with sofa, comfy bed. The room is too big for the AC to cool properly in the Florence summer is my only minus. Call the hotel to find closest the tram stop from airport. If you do not see something ask, they will provide it. We needed ice and we got it. I would stay again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel very recently and found it to be really nice. The people at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast was the best we had while in Italy. The room was a good size
