Staff was responsive to my questions prior to check-in. We arrived later at night so the room number was a bit difficult to see due to not being well-lit outside, but we managed to find it. Room was clean & comfortable for our needs. Room cooled off quickly once the AC unit was turned on. WiFi connection was very helpful & useful as our phones did not work otherwise. Appreciated being able to use the ice machine & water dispenser in the office. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to the Niagara Falls area.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AS EXPECTED, BUT THE SIZE OF RESTROOMS ARE LITTLE SMALL. SELF CHECK-IN WAS SMOOTH.

It was a clean quaint place to stay.

Kind of what we expected, outdated. Had to us extension cords as outlets were few and not in the right place. Shower leaked pretty bad. No cabinets in the bathroom, blinds broken in a small area. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Floors were nice and clean
