Good conditions and friendly staff,
Apt has all the essentials like laundry, kitchen, significant size rooms, two air conditioning and everything working as expected.
Also has good location as you can go to Golden Zone or Downtown in a few minutes.

I booked this property because of the ability to cook for my niece. Unfortunately, although the host was responsive and sent a technician, the electric kitchenette didn't work, I was able to cook only once! This was very frustrating and inconvenient, considering this was the main reason for this booking.
