Hotel Mack Private Inn

I had a fabulous room with amazing bathroom. All very clean and comfortable.

not staffed on weekend after 2 but staff reachable via phone

I had a wonderful stay at  Hotel Mack Private Inn. It is in a central location in Mannheim, close to art, culture, great restaurants. But what makes this hotel stand out from the rest is the genuine sense of hospitality here that one does not always find in larger chain hotels. The service is exceptional, thoughtful, warm and efficient while the hotel itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and comfortable. A special thank you to the two brothers who run it (Christian and Ingo Binz) who are hands-on, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure that everything was well taken care of. Breakfast was excellent: fresh, generous, varied and beautifully presented. Hotel Mack Private Inn combines professionalism with the warmth of a much-loved independent hotel. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mannheim. It will definitely be my first choice to stay at again.

Breakfast was good. We didnt stay long, only one night. We liked the air conditioning in the room.
