Great location, easy check in and parking space. Room was great. Comfy bed

Proximity to Motorpoint Arena, the car parking, the very comfortable and clean bed. Property clean. Facilities good.
Responsive hosts.
You could only get into one side of the bed or from the bottom of the bed. Furniture was the same as in the picture, but arranged very differently, giving a different impression. In the process of changing things round, some cosmetic damage must have been done and this has not been fixed, making it look a bit run down which is a pity. Great for a very short stay though to see a show.

The shower was hot and there was good water pressure!
The front door was perpetually left unlocked or open by other guests. The room was clean-ish but I found debris in the bed and shower - it felt like it needed a thorough clean. Overall it felt unloved. The desk and wardrobe were also a bit broken. The ai art on the wall was weird.
