Friendly and professional helpful staff, good breakfast including gluten free .Spacious room and comfortable bed. Good sized swimming pools and comfortable sun beds.
No on call taxis as very rare locally . No tea and coffee facilities in room .Lake view room specified was misleading as a long way off behind a car park and buildings .Walk into town uncomfortable especially at night due to busy road lack of footpaths & a railway crossing.

Modern and comfortable hotel close the to the lake. Very nice surrounding. Close to the city center. Very good breakfast. Free parking. We spent only one night there but can imagine longer stay.

I liked the hotel and it surroundings
The air condition did not work properly. It got way too cold or hot since we where not able to manage it

The pool area
The rooms are dirty and dated. Choices at breakfast were awful, the scrambled eggs were bad Hotel I’d much further from the promenade than is suggested. The reception staff were not very welcoming
