El trato poco amable en la recepción

Hotel molto ben tenuto , pulizia al top sia in camera che negli ambienti comuni ( hall, piscina ) . Perfetta posizione non lontano dal centro , vicinissimo alla spiaggia e comodo parcheggio . Ottima colazione con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato . Staff gentile e professionale .

Die nahe Strandlage und die Stadtnähe war sehr schön.

Der Pool darf nur mit Badehaube betreten werden und ich denke der dort zuständige Bademeister macht das nach Lust und Laune, denn nicht jeder hat Badehaube getragen. Ich habe auf den tollen Pool verzichtet weil bin ja nicht in den 70er Jahren steckengeblieben. Das Frühstück war gut, aber ein Nachteil das Frühstück ist im 4 Stock und ich sitze gerne draussen das war da leider nicht möglich. Haben Zimmer upgrade bekommen, Zimmer war sehr geräumig aber der Geruch vom Kanal aus dem WC war sehr unangenehm.

you have to pay for a beach towel (5Euro/towel), the room is small, the shower is the smallest I can remember, no coffee machine, and the worst: the WiFi is so weak it is practically not available no matter where you are (lobby, room, restaurant). you should not count on it. And it’s a four star hotel!!!!
