The location was brilliant, close to lots of facilities and restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable. Check in and check out were brilliant and there was plenty of secure parking
The bathroom and sheets were very clean, but there was a few hairs left around and the floors could have been cleaner. A microwave would also be beneficial in the property

The apartment was in a superb location - everything was clean and easy to use - the owners kept in touch - would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Poole as it is very central without being noisy at night

Excellent and detailed communication through the booking process and stay. Perfect location and parking for our needs. Great shower in en-suite. Plenty of good pubs/restaurants on the harbour front.
As we were in Flat 1 our key box was at floor level - good job us OAP’s are still able to bend. This may not be so easy for everyone. Not so much a ‘didn’t like’ but general comment, that for me, the bed in the room with the ensuite was just a little too hard. I believe the bed in the other room was softer.

Location and clean
Mattress was lumpy. Not enough saucepans of medium size. Non slip shower mats needed. Cafetière was missing parts. Had to buy one.
