Lovely room and furnishings which gave it a luxury feel. Great to have a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Everything was great except that while we were staying the adjoining property has being redeveloped which meant noisy drilling started at 8am. This meant we couldn’t use the terrace during the daytime. The drilling was audible and caused vibration in the room even with the terrace doors closed.

The location couldn't be beaten, the staff were all excellent and incredibly welcoming, helpful & efficient
The bar area could have the furniture improved to be a bit more welcoming & comfortable (however DO NOT change the fab guy that's behind the bar!)

We were only staying one night before a cruise so it was hard to write a review.
We signed up for a suite which in the description it said bi level but no description on what was on the second floor with many stairs and no bathroom on that level where the bed was.
This was not good for us or anyone who has hip or knee problems. If you have to use the bathroom you could fall down the stairs in the middle of the night.
They did change our room but they were not happy doing it .
This particular room needs to be noted in the description.
