Grace by the Sea is a lovely home that can accommodate large groups/families and is in an amazing location. Less than 5 minutes’ walk to the beach, multiple playgrounds, and Mina includes several beach passes with your stay. The backyard is a beautiful space to hang out and is great for kids to play. Some parts of the house have been fully renovated while others less so; it could benefit from some more upkeep. Mina was highly responsive to all communication and very welcoming.

We had a lovely stay! Very large home with plenty of room for large groups, especially spacious common areas. The house is beautiful and full of charm. The area is wonderful, so perfectly close to the beach and walkable downtown.

Great location for families with a large group, 20 minute walk from Asbury boardwalk or downtown. Host was very accommodating allowing an early check-in and always very responsive with answers to all questions.

It was a great space to spend time with 14 family members. Plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach.
