I expected the house to have some lingering pet odor, not it didn’t at all! It was very clean, super easy to get to the shore, and the AC was magnificent. Our only issue was with the mattresses, both queens were incredibly uncomfortable. After being active all day it would have been nice to have better beds.

Over all the property was fine. The views were amazing. Great beach. We did have some issues with the house. When we arrived (end of November) the heat was not working in the 2nd level of the house. This was Thanksgiving evening so there was no chance of getting it fixed. It should have been checked before we arrived. It was later the next day when the electrician came out to fix it. There were several things in the home that were broken. i.e. Blinds, air vents, closet doors. The plumbing in the 2nd floor queen's shower is backwards, (Hot is cold, cold is hot.) Overall we enjoyed our stay.
