We had a wonderful stay at Cape Island Escape. We had a large family group of 19, ranging in age from 18 mos. to over 60, plus two small dogs. There was plenty of space for everyone! We all said it's the nicest beach house we've ever stayed in. We would love to be back!

The home was the perfect size and layout for our family. Lots of space for together time and those needing some quiet. Close to the beach. Nice street for a quick walk. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Brought 5 families together at the house to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house had a ton of room and was in a great location. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Had a couple of items that could have used a cleaning but they were small and didn’t mention to the owner. Overall great place to stay and would go again.

Pros - Beds were extremely comfortable and high quality. Outdoor living spaces (decks) were nicely furnished and perfect for relaxing.Cons - kitchen does not have sufficient cookware for the number of guests. There was only one 8" pan and zero cookie sheets. There is a musty/mildew smell in the house. A/C was broken on upper level and a single window unit was provided to cool the area instead. Single unit was insufficient and the upstairs stayed at 78 during the day.
