The house was very clean and in very good condition. Access to the beach was close and easy to access. There were very few people on the beach, which was a nice aspect.Concerning towels, one bath towel and only one wash cloth was provided for each person. The quantity of wash cloths was insufficient so we bought some to last the week. Also, the bed pillows were small and flat. Two people in our group bought new pillows to use instead of the house suppliedpillows. The owner/host could improve on these items.

Location was perfect! Steps to the beach, short walk to sound, beautiful. House is spacious and comfortable, with great layout, nice pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, and great ocean views. Really nice for a large family. House has not been renovated in forever so a little run down (some railing spindles loose, kitchen sink faucet faulty, entertainment center broken, etc) but very clean. In all, we had a great time.
