It was great, we had a great weekend. The place was big enough to accommodate our needs. And it was closed to downtown Anchorage. My family was really happy and thankful to stayed in good place that is quite and peaceful.

As listed and more, very pleased with our stay

I appreciated the quick response from owners. The house was large with spacious rooms. The house itself needs a little work, a couple of broken trim pieces and a missing cabinet door in the kitchen. All in all though, it worked for our group and we were happy about the stay and the price.

Proximity of the property was good and pictures generally matched the description The property however needs some minor maintenance work to make it value for the money. Space is great with 4 rooms. The cons were, nails coming out of the floor near dining area, bathrooms had mold, the bunk beds screws were coming out and unsafe. All of these can be addressed pretty easily and the property can be a stellar place to stay. Would be great if hosts can keep the property in better shape
