We enjoyed our stay at Happy House, our third year. It's a lovely place, beautifully appointed. Love the pool and hot tub. The fenced yard gave our small dog lots of freedom. Close to shopping and restaurants. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful and private backyard. Great pool and hot tub. Host great with communication and quickly responding to questions. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Jacki was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. The property is in great shape, we’ll definitely be back!

Jacki was great to work with and made everything easy from start to finish. Communication was smooth and stress-free. The home was in mint condition — super clean, well organized, and clearly well cared for. The landscaping was beautiful and added to the calm, relaxing vibe of the place. The neighborhood and surrounding area were very peaceful, and I really enjoyed taking walks each day. I loved heading out to the canal multiple times a day hoping to spot a manatee or dolphin. While they were a bit elusive this trip, I did see a needlefish, a few sheepshead, and some fish that would jump out of the water in the early evenings. I also scoped out several spots known for the famous burrowing owls — they were MIA this time, but now I know exactly where to look next visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home.
