This property was ideal for our large multi family gathering ranging in ages from 3 years old to grandparents. The view of the lake through large windows is absolutely beautiful! Outdoors there is a big grassy area to play before going down to the lake. There is a nice dock that was perfect for jumping into the water. There are kayaks and a canoe provided which we all enjoyed using to paddle around on the lake. There is a newly updated grill/patio area which was clean and had grilling utensils. Inside there was plenty of space to gather in the living/dining room. It was very helpful having 2 refrigerators. We prepared most of our meals at the house and the big dining room table allowed us to eat all together. We also spent a lot of time in the awesome game room which the kids especially enjoyed! Towels and bed sheets were freshly washed and cleaned. It was really nice having 3 full sized bathrooms well stocked with towels when there is a large group. Laundry area was clean and organized. Ethan was excellent at responding to communication and very accommodating to make sure that we had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was a wonderful week filled with fun that our family will treasure.

Another great summer week. We love this place.

What a wonderful, huge place. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the house, decks, boats and dock. Perfect for a large extended family! We hope to be back!!!

My extended family of 17 (children and elders alike) spent a week at this spacious and well-located vacation home. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us to have privacy and comfort. The property is located right on a pond with a well-maintained dock. The owner provided kayaks, paddles and PFD's so that we didn't have to bring our own. The kids loved playing in the pond and the adults enjoyed kayaking around the sizable pond. When we arrived at the property, the house hadn't been used all season and it smelled a little musty. Once we got the air conditioner going and/or opened the windows it helped to freshen the place up. The kitchen appliances are on the older side and the pots, pans, utensils, knives are not the best. We made it work and we were grateful to have a nice outdoor grill to use for several meals. There is no hot tub as indicated in the listing.
