Apartment of 28 m2 on the first floor, in residence with private terrace 15m2 facing south, in the heart of Châtelaillon-Plage and near the beach.

Possibility to put bicycles at the level of the enclosed terrace
Possibility to rent from a service provider, sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats, gloves request to be made at the time of booking
A sanitary kit, disposable sheet and pillowcases, soap will be at your disposal on your arrival, ask for them if they are not given to you.
The accommodation consists of:
- A bedroom with a double bed 1.40 m x 1.90, a duvet or blanket, 2 pillows, mattress protector. (sheets not provided but mandatory), wardrobe.
- A living room kitchen with a sofa, TV, WIFI, DVD player;
- A fully equipped bathroom, shower.
- A kitchen with a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hood, a table, chairs, dining facilities for 4 people (crockery and kitchen utensils), coffee maker, Krups espresso coffee maker, toaster, and storage.
- A terrace with parasol, chairs, table, deckchairs.
- Safe, cupboards, digicode.
- Baby cot and child seat loaned free of charge during the stay (on request)
Well-behaved dogs or cats are accepted with the agreement of the owner as the terrace is completely enclosed (20 euros per week)

- You will be asked for 2 cheques or cash
- 1 of 300 euros as a security deposit
- 1 of 60 euros for cleaning costs if the apartment is made dirty
