Centara Grand Hotel Osaka

This was a very beautiful hotel. I loved everything about it and hardly have any complaints about it. If I did have a complaint it was that I was denied access to a bar that was located on the 32nd floor. But I was allowed to go to another bar that was on the 33rd. It didn’t really make sense to me but other than that everything was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

We booked two rooms and both rooms are very clean, modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location of the hotel is perfect for us, it is near Namba park, quiet, safe but still within walking distance to transportation. There are many shoppings, cafes and dining options around the areas. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Osaka in the future. Highly recommended!

Loved my stay at this hotel, the location is very convenient and it’s a short walk to many attractions and the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It rained during our stay and they gave us umbrellas to use every day so we wouldn’t have to buy them. The breakfast buffet had lots of delicious options. My favorites were the Thai noodle soup, Spicy cod roe and onsen egg with rice. When they found out it was my birthday, they gave me a birthday card with origami and left a delicious slice of cake in my room for me. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. There is also a cool rooftop bar with a deck that is great for grabbing some evening cocktails and a view of the Osaka skyline. I will be staying here again the next time I visit Osaka.
