We loved our stay! The location is perfect, you can walk to all the main attractions. The hotel staff, especially Romona, were amazing! She helped with every question I had. And our room was so unique and comfortable. I will be staying here when I go back to Prague

Romana on reception was warm, friendly and welcoming and gave an incredible first impression.
The room was spacious and the lounge area was impressive looking. The apartment itself felt a little tired, especially the bathroom. However, the shower pressure was great. The weather was really hot and so our top floor room was baking, but fans had been provided in each room, which helped. It is a historical building, right by the main square with the lovely Romana on reception - we enjoyed our 1 night stay.

The location is outstanding, in the Old Town and very close to Karluv most (Charles bridge) which makes it very easy to walk across to Malá Strana area.
Black Star Suites is also close to the subway with easy travel from the Airport.
The welcoming when we arrived was warm and friendly.
We arrived quite early and appreciated to be able to safely leave our luggage at the hotel and go out and explore Prague before the check-in time.
