The place is lovely. We loved the garden the house the host th alpacas and the beach parking pass. It is really expensive to stay in that area but the place is great

It was centrally located for a wedding we attended at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club in Southold. The Farm House was near the Catholic church, and the welcome party at a nearby golf club.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. Ann is a most wonderful host. The house and property are both beautifully kept. Her breakfasts are delicious and she uses fresh local ingredients. You would be hard pressed to find a better location on Long Island. Many wineries, nurseries and farmstands close by. There are also several restaurants with some of the freshest seafood we've ever had a few minutes drive away.
