Terminus City Center Oujda

The terrace for breakfast was very cozy and beautiful The rooms were spacious and confortable

The shower cubicle wasn't properly made, so all the shower water leaked out of the shower and into the bathroom (we used towels to prevent the water from spreading). We asked them to come and fix it, but they didn't do it in the two nights we were there. And the air conditioning didn't work, so we had to sleep with the window open.

The room was lovely, really luxurious. Comfortable bed, nice bedding, sitting room, large shower, 2 flatscreen TV’s, and perfectly decorated. The garden/pool area is a nice size with a bar which also serves snacks. Breakfast was a varied assortment of different choices. The check in clerk ‘Rania’ was extremely quick, efficient, polite and helpful and the Bellman ‘Abdessamed’ showed us all the hotel amenities before showing us to our room and bringing the luggage. Both these staff members are a credit to the hotel. Parking was also right outside the hotel
