Un hotel muy nuevo y moderno, muy bien decorado, con mobiliario al tono en toda la habitacion y en el hotel. Con todo lo que prometia. Excelente

La habitación me pareció buena en general. La ubicación me pareció buena.

En el chek-out no conseguimos taxi para ir a la estación de tren, que queda a 2 km aprox. Si bien en el chek-in nos indicaron a que teléfono llamar, no tuvimos respuesta y no había personal del hotel que nos pudiera ayudar. Tuvimos que ir caminando con todo el equipaje. Vimos que el taxi es difícil de conseguir en La Spezia.

The room itself was clean, and the concept of the hotel is very nice. Each room is designed in a different artistic style inspired by various artists, which makes the place feel unique and thoughtfully designed. The interior design is beautiful, and clearly someone put effort into creating an interesting atmosphere.

Unfortunately, our experience started with a very uncomfortable situation at reception. The receptionist tried to explain something about the construction outside and the window, but her English was very limited and she mostly spoke Italian, so we didn’t understand that the sun blinds should not be raised. When I lifted them, she rushed into the room and started shouting that she had told us not to do that. It was a very unpleasant way to handle a misunderstanding. It also seemed that we were expected to stay in the room with the blinds completely down because of the construction, which would mean staying in a dark room for the whole stay. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee provided, the TV didn’t work, and after checkout we were asked to pay €5 per person just to leave our luggage for a few hours, which was surprising and something I have never experienced in a hotel before.
