Good location to station and eateries. Friendly staff
A little small for 3 - couldn’t lay suitcase anywhere to open. Bed very hard

Location - easy to walk around Hakata
Dumped me in a room with no view, brick wall - despite the cost of the 3 day stay

Nice location and staff were friendly.
We just need to get use to the Japanese style of bed and how hard they are. A little bit of a culture shock from our fluffy European beds.

Hotel room is clean and the location is good
A bit out-dated, no security control on the access of the hotel rooms floor. Also there is no daily make up/tidy of bed which makes it odd for a hotel without such services

"Great Value for money, near hakata station, near kombini, near 24 hour chain restaurant, near this viral hakata ramen, Clean, Free ice cube, the room is quite big then the others."
