Nice stay overall very homely and nice little garden. Always found parking.

Cleanliness of the bathrooms and noisy neighbours who also smoked in the rooms.

Meets the expectations:))))

Nothing to be honest it’s peaceful

There was no breakfast on offer as the facility was self catering.

The door bell did not so any visitors had to call by phone to alert me of their presence. I was unhappy because I paid for rental for one person nut had to put up with 3 beds, one double &2single which occupied too much space. Accessibility to address anyone with complaints was not available. This is poor on the part of the landlord.

The location was fantastic, walking distance from shops and cheap Ubers to city centre and everywhere else we needed to visit. The facilities were suberb and the beds were comfy with a nice quiet area for some great sleep at the end of the day.

The Wifi and reception was very hit or miss, was mostly out around the city for the day so wasn't really an issue but I wouldn't like to be trying to do any work where internet was needed. I had to redress the bed a bit as the bottom sheet wasn't done very well and basically came all the way off the second I sat down. The place was very clean on the surface. My dust allergies acted up quite badly but could have just been the thicker carpet.
