Located in the heart of the Village of Hamburg. Just a short distance from everything, including restaurants, Lake Erie beaches, skiing, shopping, downtown Buffalo and about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. All basic amenities are provided: Plenty of Off-street parking, 50" Smart-TV, WIFI, kitchen including a coffee/tea station, stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

Welcome to Hamburg NY! We offer a queen bed and convertable sofa, this home can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child for your getaway in western NY. Whether its for a Bills or Sabres game, concert, work/shopping trip, or to visit family and friends.
Bring your login for HULU, Netflix, Amazon, free channels, and more for the TV. Peacock is installed with free access.
The full kitchen is complete with a traditional coffee maker. Coffee, and condiments are provided. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining essentials to prepare a meal or have food delivered from some of the delicious restaurants nearby.
The studio is attached to a Victorian style home located in the historical village.
Less than 10 miles away is the Chestnut Ridge Park with hiking trails, frisbee golf, volleyball, Toboggan hill, tennis courts, a playground, and more.

You will have the entire unit to yourself! We use an electronic door lock so you can come and go as you please. Makes check-in and check-out simple.

Dont let the pictures or comments fool you. It is a studio apt but the kitchen is separated from the bed and living area. Everything was perfect.

My stay here was unfortunately frustrating due to a lack of maintenance and basic amenities, making it a poor fit for anything more than a very short visit.The property suffers from several upkeep issues. The front door lock is incredibly finicky and took 3–4 tries to unlock every single time, which was highly frustrating. Inside, a doorknob was barely hanging on, the window AC unit in the main room is very loud and had to run constantly, and there are no screens in the windows to enjoy the fresh NY air instead.Comfort and space were also major issues. The futon couch is extremely uncomfortable for both sitting and sleeping, the shower is incredibly small, and there is almost no clothing storage (no dresser/drawers and a tiny closet). The kitchen is also under-equipped for longer stays. Additionally, I had to buy my own basic supplies like garbage bags, toilet paper, and cleaning products (which I left behind for the next guest).Be aware that you can clearly hear the neighbors, especially when they use the shared basement door. Finally, if you park in the designated guest spot, watch out for the overhanging tree—it coated my car in sap and leaves, forcing me to pay for multiple car washes and eventually park on the street. With some deep cleaning, structural updates, and new furniture, this place could be much better, but I cannot recommend it in its current state.
