This vacation rental was newly built in 2022 and features modern furnishings. It is located on a quiet side street with little traffic. On the cozy rooftop terrace, you can relax in a peaceful atmosphere. Below the rooftop terrace is another terrace where you can store bicycles, sports equipment, and other items.
There are two parking spaces on the property, and it’s also possible to park a vehicle up to 8 meters long.
An electric car can be charged using an 11 kW wallbox located 180 meters away. This wallbox is on the landlord’s private property.
The vacation rental features one bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. There is also a sofa bed measuring 125x196 cm. This can accommodate two children, a teenager, and/or an adult.
The bathroom is equipped with a spa shower. It features various massage functions, as well as lighting, Bluetooth, and a radio.
There is also access to a washing machine.
The cozy living area, which consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, glass-ceramic cooktop, and oven, as well as a coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, and Tassimo machine, features a dining area for four people.
The leather sofa is equipped with an electric reclining function, allowing you to, for example, wind down comfortably while watching TV at the end of the day.

Bed linens and towels can be booked as an optional extra. Bed linens are available for €10 per person, and two towels (one large and one small) are available for €3 per person. On the day of departure, please remove the bed linens and leave them in the bedroom.
