Living room rug filthy. Manager responded to our issues by sending a handyman. My brother fixed the dishwasher cuz he's handy. They brought new remotes for both TVs. Loose rocks on the driveway and the walkway that we moved ourselves. Handyman repaired the inoperative security lights. So it was hard finding the house numbers at night. Lastly the listing says HIGHLAND LANE but Google maps says HIGHLAND ROAD. Confusing!!

Great location and plenty of room for 6 adult and 2 babies! The property was very clean and smelled fresh. Drive way was large and plenty of space for three cars if needed. The property managers answered any questions quickly and friendly!

The house was clean and spacious. The location was easy to find and peaceful area. Short drive to everything. Living area could use better lighting but that was minor. Overall it a real nice place. We would stay here again.

I really like this house and the location. It was 10 minutes from Summit and the grocery store and Scotty’s ride shop is 1 min away. That being said, the owners need to work on the appearance. For example, half of the dishes were caked with food and there was no dish soap. The silverware, cups and cooking utensils were old and cheap. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows had stains on them. There were two vents that did not have covers and our four year old almost got injured by them. One of the grossest things was a shower curtain that was stained with urine. There was also weird things like the lack of cooking utensils like a colander, only children’s clothing hangers in the master bedroom, light switches that did not work, outlets hanging from the wall, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, etc. Again, great house in a good spot, but too dirty to recommend and missing many things required in a rental.
