The pier is just down the street. The house is spacious and roomy. Would stay here again!

Loved it . We will be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thie location of this property was great less then seven minute walk to the Pismo beach pier. Had a small police station three homes down. Short was to Old West Cinnamon Rolls and the property was spacious and clean.

This condo was clean, had comfy beds and was family friendly. There was a nice balcony with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. However, we traveled with three young children who went to the beach every day so we were not happy campers when we saw a padlock on the doors that blocked access to the washer and dryer. Considering the price we paid to rent the condo we felt that the washer and dryer should have been included. Also, the pier was farther away than anticipated and a bit far of a walk for a four year old. Additionally, parking was problematic. We were promised two parking spaces but one was occupied daily by a tenant in the building and the other one was a tight squeeze up a narrow driveway, around the corner of the building and around the parked car. I chose to park on the street rather than trying to maneuver in and out of the driveway. The condo itself was pleasant and the rental staff was great but the inconveniences should have been made clear up front.
