Great property with a great location. The floors, carpet, and rugs need cleaning. We would recommend it for anyone wanting a beach stay.

We had a great family vacation. Home was perfect for us. Very pleasant dealing with Emerald Waters Property Management.

The house and property were as described, great pool, and very easy access to the beach. Beautiful views from the porches.
We've rented houses from Pensacola to Grayton and this house is easily the most well stocked we've ever had. Plenty of paper towels, toliet paper, toiletries, cleaning supplies, beach towels, boards, beach wagon and beach toys.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time during our 10 day stay in Navarre. The house is in such a great location for the beach. The yard, swimming pool and decks were also in great condition. The house had everything we needed. Our only complaint was water pressure for showers, but we would still stay there again.
