Clean. Smooth process. The room was on the third floor which is called the second.

Decent location, convenient to bus stop. Owner very responsive. Parking is on street but we had no problems. Street itself pretty quiet but a fair amount of noise from road over bridge behind apartment. Beds were only fair and towels provided were not full sized towels.
