This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of room for our kids to spread out and have their own space. Very peaceful location

The cabin was very nice. Everything was more than what we expected. We notified them with one issue and it was dealt with right away. Very good communication. The location was great and had a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything you would need to make meals. It was very cozy and decorated nicely for Christmas. We would recommend. The only thing I can complain about was no snow, even in the mountains!!! LOL

The cabin was perfect! Our second Christmas there. Hope to have more!

Cabin was nice, but apparently we picked the worst week to stay here. Upon entering the cabin, it was infested with yellow looking lady bugs ( beetle bugs I'm told ) and stink bugs ! After contacting mgt, that same night we arrived, she did have a pest control come spray , but that really didn't help much, as they were EVERYWHERE ! Both dead and alive ! My family refused to sleep up stairs, as they were crawling all over the walls, floors & ceilings in the upstairs bedroom ! So we closed the door to that bedroom, and didn't even use it the entire week we were there. They were actually flying on us, it was horrible. ( I even had one crawl on me while sleeping ) They were on our clothes that were hanging in closet. It was awful. Not sure what the solution is to this problem, but never in 30 yrs have we experienced anything like this while renting a cabin. ( And we've rented over 20 cabins in the Smoky mts over the years ) Had I not paid so much, we definitely would of relocated ! I will say, mgt was quick to respond to any issues & went above to try and solve our issues.
