The house was beautifully decorated, very clean with an amazing waterfront location. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the necessary amenities. Located in a quiet walkable neighborhood but still close to parks, trails and restaurants. We were able to Kayak to Hunter Spring Park from the house to catch sight of some Manatees. Host was responsive and provided local information and easy to follow instructions.

Love this property, this was our second time staying there. Great water access, very comfortable and communication has always been excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

What a wonderful stay we had. This is a great place to relax, enjoy boating and fishing. All the amenities you need. We will definitely be back. Great location

Stayed 1 Full day and 2 nights and spent close to $900, it was clean and cute, but not worth that much $, luckily we saw manatees going out on the kayaks making it more memorable but it wasn’t easy getting them in and out of the water , this location is more
Worth it if you have a boat and or staying for a longer period of time
